What happens when you get in touch

  1. A friendly chat. Call, message or send a referral. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
  2. We meet and plan together. We talk about your goals, your routine, what’s in your NDIS plan and who you’d like to support you.
  3. You review your service agreement. It sets out what support you’ll get, when and how much it costs. Nothing starts until you’re happy with it.
  4. Your support starts. We check in regularly and change things whenever your needs change.

How it’s funded

These supports can be paid for from your NDIS plan. We work with all three ways of managing a plan:

  • NDIA-managed: we claim directly from the NDIA.
  • Plan-managed: we send invoices to your plan manager.
  • Self-managed: we invoice you, and you claim from the NDIA.

Our prices follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, the maximum prices set by the NDIA.

Common questions

What's the difference between support coordination and plan management?

A support coordinator helps you use your plan: finding providers and setting up supports. A plan manager handles the money: paying invoices and tracking your budget. You can have one, both or neither.

How do I get support coordination?

Ask for it at your planning meeting or plan review. If it's already in your plan, just get in touch and we can start.

Do I have to be plan-managed to use your services?

No. We work with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
