How it works
From your first call to your first support, we’re with you at every step. Choose a step to find out more.
Step 1 of 4
Call, email or send us a message. We'll listen to what you need, answer your questions and explain how we can help.
Step 2 of 4
We meet at a time and place that suits you, at home or somewhere else. Bring a family member, friend or support person if you like.
Step 3 of 4
We give you a clear, easy-to-read support plan with costs based on NDIS prices. You decide what is included before anything starts.
Step 4 of 4
Once you sign your service agreement, your supports start when and where you choose. We check in regularly to make sure everything is working for you.
You choose your providers. We pay the invoices and help you keep track of your budget.
A Support Coordinator helps you understand your plan, find the right providers and work towards your goals.

“Every single support worker Vision Care Disability has sent has been incredibly experienced and professional. It’s clear they’re carefully chosen and well-trained—each one shows genuine dedication and really understands how to support our daughter in the best way possible. What really stands out is their attention to detail. They’re always fully present, never distracted by phones, and consistently focused on helping our daughter work toward her goals. It’s rare to find such a reliable and committed team, and we’re so grateful for the difference they’ve made in her life.”
