What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy helps you move better and feel stronger. Physiotherapists work on strength, balance, mobility and fitness, and help you manage pain.
Your physio will assess how you move, talk about your goals, and create an exercise program that suits you. They can also help reduce your risk of falls and advise on mobility equipment.
