What is support coordination?
A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan and put it into action. They're your guide to the NDIS: explaining your funding, finding providers, and making sure your supports work well together.
Support coordinators help you set up service agreements, solve problems when things aren't working, and prepare for your plan review, so you get the most out of your plan.
Support coordination must be included in your NDIS plan. If it isn't, you can ask for it at your next planning meeting or plan review.
Good to know: Support coordination must be funded in your NDIS plan.
