What is group programs and activities?

Group programs are activities in a small group, with support from our team. They're a great way to make friends, learn new skills and have something to look forward to each week.

Groups can include activities like cooking, outings, arts and crafts, music and fitness. Everyone takes part in their own way, with as much or as little help as they need.

Group support is usually charged at a shared rate, because support workers are supporting more than one person at a time.

What it could look like

A small group might meet each week to cook lunch together. Everyone helps plan the menu, shop and cook, and then sits down to eat together.
